Thanks Pascavone.. Makes sense as its starving for fuel at low rpms.. I'll have to hand it back over to the yard if its an air leak/gasket.. I'll see if I can rule out the OP 1st & go from there..

Thanks SP... As a follow up for anyone needing this info, I did find a 5 amp blade fuse behind the cabinet which I was able to access by taking it out the larger hole behind the water/light switch...
