I have a 2006 Maxum 1800SR3 - 220hp version V6. Ever since we have owned the boat since 2009 we have had problems with the boat porpoising / bouncing. We tried changing the prop to a lower pitch from 21 to 19 to see if would help but it hasn't. I have tried weighing down the front with sandbags, but still no good. Now I am thinking of fitting trim tabs to see if that stops the problem. Has anyone else had problems with this boat? I don't want to sell the boat as we love it but can't stand the constant bumpy bouncing ride. Any help appreciated. Steve from NZ
