OEM ladder was lost when cover came loose. Used replacement ladder from Windline to make new one. "Windline TDL-3X Marine Stainless Steel Over Platform Telescoping Boat Ladder with 3 Steps" Removed mounting bracket from new ladder and used bolts/spacers/washers to align with existing boat slide/mount. Not perfect but does align with the OEM support points and have used it on a dozen or so trips with no issues yet.
