File attachement size.

It would be great if we could post larger than 19.5k attachments. I wanted to post a 103k .pdf that I thought was pretty small. This did force me to find the source and post a link saving space.

Thanks for pointing this out, I updated the max attachement size as follows:

for normal members - 200K
for Donating Members - 2MB
