When I try to down load a file I get a message that says I am trying to down load another file and
too fast, I need to wait 58 seconds to down load!
I timed it to 60+ sec0nds and still could not down load! Same message came up????
Thanks

Donald,

I assume you're getting this message:

"Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait n seconds before you may download another file."

This is occurring when you're attempting to download .pdf files, such as manuals?

This is implemented purposely to prevent a potential 'denial of service' attack by programmatically sending GET requests for PDF pages.

I tested it and didn't have an issue after waiting through download time.
