Wiper motor access 2400 se

Hi first time being active since I bought my 2007 2400 Se in 2021 (covid boat)
Can’t seem to find access to the starboard wiper motor below deck looks like it’s under the forward head bulk head. Before I tear the covering off can someone let me know if there's an easier way to get to it.

wiper, what is that?

I did find the starboard windshield wiper motor, had to remove corner interior bulkhead and related trim. Not easy to get to but gained access to it
