Default Winterization

Coming out of the water tomorrow . First a thorough bottom cleaning (including some barnacle removal - we've never had barnacles this far up the Potomac before, but the unusally dry conditions shut down the flow of water so much that the salt water was able to make it's way at least 15 miles further north than usual), then winterize the engine, then into a boatel until next April. With all the maintenance we had to have done this year, I feel like we missed 90% of the boating season. Looking forward to Spring now!

Well, we got lifted out yesterday. The outdrive was almost 90% covered with barnacles and there were a few on the underside - but, I've seen worse . It was a chilly, windy day (45 degrees, Wind-NW@15mph), overcast day. Hopefully next spring will be here soon!
