Someone eaten a swordfish?

Sword fish is delicious. I grill mine. It could be broiled, but I'd think you'd need to flip it. I marinate mine in lemon butter dill marinde, or a lemon garlic marinade. I've tossed it into italian salad dressing overnight as well.
