What's the difference between SR SR2...

Just bought a 1996 Maxum 1900 with a 4.3L

How do I know if I have an SR or other version (if at all)?

I don’t know the answer but does it really matter? Maxum line was shut down in 2009 and anything that special to a trim package is no longer available. Good news is most items on a boat are sourced from third party manufacturers.

I think the SR is their bow rider. SC is closed bow I believe
