Default Water not flowing

Hi all,
I am meu to this forum and first time owner of a 2002 Maxum 2100 sc and I have a question. My boat is in a dry storage, so no water coming through the hull (just from the rain). There was water in the cabin and in the first section under the front seats of the boat. Water is not flowing to the back of the boat, how it should. I checked the whole and there is something on the back section (in front of the gas tank) that is blocking the water. It is not dirty, seems to be something different but I have no clue on how to access that wall from the back. Any idea on what might be happening?
Thank you!

Welcome Aboard!

Some models the fore and aft bilges are not connected but I believe your model is. Do you see a tube at both ends along the keel line that goes under the fuel tank? If so try running an electricians fish tape through it to see if you can clear any blockage.
