Default Water entering Maxum 2800 when planing.

Raw water is pouring out from under the dash board When the boat is planing(20knots+). We are not at the risk of sinking, but I guess it is around a ½ liter per minute.

I have tried the following without any positive results:
The fender list and the different drain holes above the water have been sealed.
The raw water intakes for the toilet and the air conditioning have been shut.

No water is comming into the boat when sailing with low speed or even higher speed that makes the boat sail with the bow high (not plane).
There is no problem when the boat is planing and small waves are hitting the port side of the boat.
Is there a ventilation hole under the top of the dash board, maybe from the enclosed room behind the toilet?

Thank you very much, you were so very right. The hose from the speedo were disconnected from the one coming from the engine. I'm glad that I didn't start working my way into the room behind the toilet, I guess that I could use most of a day to do that. Again, thank you.
