welcome too the zoo....first off..I've seen that model with a center wind block...if your handy with a saw and screw driver...go to boaters world and get some Starboard..first off ..measure the distance you need between consoles....then cut the starboard to size..use a file to round out the edges....
then you can use stainless steel hinges to mount it...be sure when you drill into the fiberglass ..you seal the holes with 4200 sealant...
now the easiest thing would be to rip the door in half and make it a bifold door...for stowage....use a strap and snap to secure it when stowed....use a strip of starboard to make a stop on the opposite side of the opening...use stainless steel screws to mount the strip also....
