Upholstery side walls

I am trying to redo the interior sides of my 1900sr.got passenger side off no problem. Drivers side, I can't figure out how to get throttle lever apart to remove from side wall. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You usually have to remove the button from the center (very carefully so as not to break the tabs). There should be a large nut beneath it. That needs to be removed, then the handles slides straight out. The mounting bolts will be exposed once the handle is off.
