its an 2005 trailer

the trailer has a lot of rust on the rear one also

Depends, I can’t tell the condition of the rest of the trailer. Get a price/ recommendation from a trailer shop.

I would never trust anything with that much rust .... But then, I live in the southwest where nothing rust.

Overall condition of the trailer will dictate repair or replace....

That needs to be replaced. How many sections look like that??

If you have a "Ship of Theseus" situation, then NO it's not worth replacing, and you'd need a new trailer. If it's just one or two sections, then yes, take it to a metal fabrication shop and have new sections welded in.
