I will add to my comment to check the date stamp of the tire as well, if they are getting close to 4-5 years I would replace them as well as the rubber begins to degrade and this can happen from the inside out with the laminates separating making it difficult to know until the tire blows and based on the length of your boat I assume you have a single axle trailer so this happening can be quite dangerous.
