These are not going to suck

Heading to Powell for a few days with some friends so I made a couple nights worth of appetizers.


Stuffed with cream cheese, mushrooms and a little piece of sausage. Never done the sausage before so lets hope they don't suck!

I've never used mushrooms in them before... I use shredded cheddar, cream cheese, a Lil' Smokey sausage, some seasoning and wrap it in bacon. AMAZING!!! They're called Atomic Buffalo Turds (or ABT's). I usually put mine in the smoker for an hour or two.
