Just curious as to how far below water line you have lights mounted on transom.

Huddo good to hear from you hope all is well down under.

Cheers buddy all is well down under - keeping as busy as possible- loving the new boat, miss my old Maxum but I'm still in contact with her new owner - he just never uses her he hasn't done 3 hours since I sold her in 2014.

I have been pretty slack on getting pics. Hope to change that this season. Been a long hot summer.....I know it's hard to understand, but it is just too hot for boating!! I work outside in the swimming pool industry, near water and sun every minute. We just take a couple months off of boating and do a little traveling to see family and go places that are a little cooler. The next 9 months make those couple of bad months all worth it!! I really do love living in az, and try not to complain about the 3 months of crazy heat!

Roger, I do feel for you guys that have to wrap and have winter layup. I get itchy if I haven't slept on the boat in two weeks. I remember waiting for spring breakup...pretty brutal.

Lay-up the boat and pull out the skis. It's just another season for a different past-time.

How are the mussels there, Jesse?
Maybe I should pull out of Powell for the Winter.

Old, the mussels seem to be back on the up swing. We didn't have near as much weed growth, and the water is not quite as clear. It's been my experience that when we have lots of mussels, the water is very clear which leads to lots of weed growth. I fully expect next spring to have way more mussels than I had when I pulled a week ago. Are you able to stay in Powell all winter?

We usually run from March through November
and then go into withdrawals.
