Bdog, the flooring is Allure Ultra, found it at home depot. It is 100% vinyl and waterproof. It is a floating floor that just locks together. Cut to fit with a razor knife and snap to break like Sheetrock. Very easy to install. I am waiting on the trim to finish it up and some very small pieces at the transition between the main floor and aft cabin. Hard part was removing the original carpet/pad and the hard wood flooring in front of the cabinets!!!

This is a project that I have wanted to do. We have talked about taking a trip down your way. What time in your opinion is the best? We are looking and thinking about getting a place that has warmer winters than Boise.

Best months to be in havasu are oct to June. With October and march/April the very best months. There is no reason to be in havasu during July, aug, sept......just too damn hot!! We do boat 12 months a year. Bdog, what size is your boat? Would you be towing down?

We would tow down our 2400 SCR. My brother had a place at Bullhead he said lake Mohave would be a nice lake for our boat. The current on the river at Bullhead no fun. If we make it down your way maybe we can get together for a beer.

Bdog, absolutely if ya make it down we can tell stories over beers!! I actually grew up in northern Idaho in coeur d' alene. Lake Mohave is real nice, locals call it lake mochoppy, guess its always windy up there. Another hour drive south and havasu is the inland performance boats mecca. Jesse
