Taking down upholstery

I bought a bolt on bow thruster for my 3300. I want to run the battery charging wires to my windless. I was thinking about making an access panel in front of the bed where the mirror is. Has anyone taken down there upholstery in the front and if so are there clips ? How did they do it

My 2800 had a hatch into the anchor locker there.
