Default switching to leds....what bulb type?

hi everyone!What type of bulbs are in my 2001 2700scr. wanted to change all the on board ambiant lights to leds last year but never got the time to order some. id like to order some before season starts but i cant get to the boat to check for another two weeks. anyone know what i need?

The original 'incandescent' (emitting light as a result of being heated) bulbs are halogen G4, I believe.

ok...anyone know the watts of the bulbs onboard our maxums??? found some nice leds but wouldnt want to get ones that wont light up enough

mine were a mixture of 5 and 10w. I changed them all to the disk shaped led g4 rated at 1.8w

tks for the info iantan. was gonna order 5watts before your post but i ordered some 2w now...0.67$ each, ordered a dozen.

That seems a little too good of a price. I think I paid around $20 each for mine.

Look up aliexpress.com .the markup companies make on all these little things from China is unbelievable.
