Default Streching a popper cover?

The breathable cover i have for the bow wont go onto all the poppers now, i left some of them off over winter now cant get them on. if i wet the cover would it strech a bit so i can get all the poppers on and allow it to dry that way.

The rear part of the cover seems to have a lot more give in it, but its the bow cover i take out with me incase the sea got a bit on the rough side and i took on too much water

Going to need to work on the English to American translation guide. Poppers = snaps. LOL

Too bad some popular persuasion devices have fallen out of favor, because the rack would certainly solve your issue - not to mention make a fantastic conversation piece in your living room.

The real answer is - wetting it would probably help. Of course it won't stretch by itself, but should make it a bit more plyable/stretchable for you to snap - er, pop it back on.
