Default Standard Horizon slant mount unit

Replacing a VHF marine radio. Does anyone know where to find the slanted mount style radio that most 2700scr have. Im sure this same mount is on many size and year Maxums.

Do not think anyone makes them anymore.
I still have one one my boat, still works fine.
Had it ckd by a radio guy and all went well.
I would replace it but I only boat in lakes and no one uses VHF there.

My original did the same but I replaced it with a new one that supports DSC.

Are you sure that is a 'slant mount'? That looks like a binnacle mount VHF unit inserted into a dash mounting. I'd remove it for inspection. You might simply need to find a new radio in the same form factor to fit into the dash mount.

I did remove it and found that the size was much smaller than anything locally available. Upon further internet search I could not find the small size radio anywhere.

Of course I can retro fit a new radio by expanding the existing hole and fitting a trim plate, which will help accommodate new technology such as DSC.
