Default Snaps on swim platform

There are snaps around my swim platform that look like something you would use to attach a carpet, or cushion to.

What am I missing?

Capt. Billl ....What boat you got?..........whatever it might be installing some snaps will be a snap. First getting the snap. Marine store, online or at your hardware store. Get SS ones. Make sure these have screws with them. Drill hole for snap and then screw snap in.....your done....wasn't that a snap?

Agreed, carpeted swim platform. If I recall Seapuppy did his entire cockpit, steps and swim platform to keep the dogs from sliding off into the water.

My 3700 SCR has snaps on the swim platform for the swim platform carpet. Just like the carpet in the cockpit area.
