It's turning out to be a long winter, It's torture to look out the window and see my Maxum buried in snow!

Smitty.........I'm glad our 3000 in tucked away at the marina barn so that I'm not reminded..........but I've got brand new carpet for the cockpit plus a bimini and enclosures with a million snaps to be on that is all rolled up down in our basement waiting for spring to come................oh the tension :-)

Here is my 2000 1900SR tied alongside my fathers 1994 1700 on Schroon Lake in the New York Adirondacks. Me on the back fishing with my son and niece. Compared to all the beautiful and much bigger Maxums here on the forum my boat feels puny, but it's not the size of the boat.

Here's my other boat. While technically we all own it, I get the honor to work on these every day.

Portsmouth (NH). Still love being a "yardbird" after 10 years, although seeing all those people out on the river in their boats day after day makes me wish I had more time away on mine.

I don't ever want to take credit that those fine young men and women deserve for defending our country in the armed forces. My honor and respect for them. Just happy I can help by keeping their war machines fit to fight.

Size isn't nearly as important as the experience - especially if that experience includes kids/significant others. That's a great picture!
