Default Seat Bracket

I am purchasing a 2002 3300SCR and need the aft cockpit port side seat brackets and plastic clips that mount to the port gunwale, any suggestions?
Also looking for names of any old Maxum dealers out there that might have old stock?

I'm sure 3200 and 3300 owners will chime in but from what I have seen posted is custom made parts to replace these weak obsolete ones.

Hi,

I have a 2001 3300scr. with the same problem. There was a thread about this when i checked a year ago and there were two main solutions:

1. make legs for the seat
2. place a cooler underneath the seat for added support.

I did the cooler trick. it works ok. I was going to make a box to put under the seat but in my boat it would have to be removable to access the port engine.

Hope that helps.

Default Bracket

Do they look like this?

Sailrite - Fabric, Canvas, and Sewing Machines Since 1969

I have a '97 3200 and the brackets recently broke. Took me forever to realize they are just PVC awning track cut to size.

I am getting some of that and also some similar aluminum track that should be stronger:

I also hope to make some folding legs that will tuck in when not in use for stowing - any recommendations on that would be greatly appreciated!
