Default SCA 4100 - How do I access these hoses?

Does anyone know how to access this panel to see how the hoses run? I am trying to update the hoses but cannot figure out how to feed them. The picture included show the hoses running from the aft cabin sump area, behind a panel (below the closet) and out the side. The 3rd hose comes from the A/C unit.

Plus, I want to know where the water is coming from? It is from the same place. There is a hole in the sump area, water is coming from that hole. I just cannot figure out the source of the water.

The hole is called a 'Limber Hole'. It is used to allow water to drain to a low central area where it can be evacuated by a bilge pump.

It is unlikely it's the hoses. Particularly passive hoses, like discharge hoses. These would more than likely be leaking at the fittings, if they're leaking. You're water is either coming from a pressurized system or from outside of the boat.
