Default Salon changes in the 4100scb

My husband and I own a 1999 4100scb with dual helm stations. I would like to change the adjustable coffee table top into a larger tabletop to be used as a dinette. Has anyone ever done this? Does anyone know the color of the corian top that was used in this model? Please help. I would like decent space to eat!!

Hi LB..I was hoping someone would chime in here...welcome to the zoo...I have a 2700SCR....a bit smaller but the 41/46 is our dream boat at retirement.....
hopefully someone will pipe in here on the table issue...I know I've seen people make tables that are usable .....
hang on.....
