Hi just curious does anyone know if the 1998 Maxum SCR 3700 comes with a safe. We just purchased this boat & there is a safe in the cabinet & we can’t get it open

Contact the owner or the dealer from where you got the boat, for the combination, regardless if come with one or not.

I don’t believe the safe was factory installed. Call a locksmith to open it.

Do you want to keep it or remove it?

A safe was not a factory option. That is an aftermarket install. Not uncommon for long distance cruisers traveling with sums of cash and a few jewels.
