Remove backrest cushion?

Hello,
I have a 1996 2300SCR that I want to reupholster the cockpit backrest cushions. I can't figure out how to remove them. Please help!!
Here is a pic of the backrest.

Have you stuck your head behind it? there should be screws back there.

Only one screw on the very end and a small bracket it the center. They are on very solid, so there has to be another way they are secured.

GOT THEM OFF!! There is an access panel underneath each sidewell which allows access to three 4inch bolts with nylon nuts. Once you remove those, the panels lift straight up as they are hanging on 2 hangers. I also found 2 screws that went right through the vinyl at the seams.
