Default Red/Green NAV's INOP

I am not getting any power to these lights on the front of the boat, there is a black box with wires up inside the anchor chain hold, what is this box ?

Windless controls?

No clue with the limited information provided.

Check the switch to make sure it is getting power. Does the anchor light work?

the switch on the dash works, getting power to the white light on the arch. there is no windless, the black box is about 5 by 5 inches, had to stop due to the rain today,

the 2 anchor lights just behind the red and green do not work either, all the lights to the rear of the boat work

Is the bow nav light a combo or separate red and green? What model boat? Have you removed the bulb and measured for power at the fixture?

Since both are out it must be a common issue such as a bad ground wire.

Where is the "fuse panel, under the steering wheel? The panel I found under the wheel has little rubber boots that unscrew and there is little "RED" reset buttons, reminds me of maybe a GFI breaker ?

Sounds like you have breakers, can you post a picture? Have you tried measuring for 12V at each light fixture?
