My boats still on 'cold' storage but I have same vessel (95 2300SC) and I think mine is 15.5 or even 16 diameter x 16 or 17 pitch. If your running 14.5, that might explain the higher WOT rpm's.

i just bid on one that size :shock: .i think my 23 pich is 23x13 3 blade.
i have been at this for 3 yrs now new prop for the summer to try

what top speed do you get with yours?.

also i cant tell what gearing i got in the drive.

Mine is Alpha One drive. My top speed is between 39-42 mph depending on load. Its always 'loaded' with gear (cuddy full of stuff) and I usually have the tank full as much as possible. Power trim tabs are my next performance mod ($$) when I get a chance to purchase and install. Should be able to see a slight improvement both ends (mileage and speed).
