1999 3000 SCR
Twin 5.0L with Bravo II drives 3 blade aluminum props (don't know the dimensions)
1800 RPM, between 6 and 8.5 Kts, depending on tide and sea conditions.
3600 RPM, 21 to 23 Kts (again depending)
4000 RPM, about 24-25 Kts.
I'm still new to the boat, and getting the feel for her and her fuel consumption. I spend a lot of time cruising in the 7 Knot range, and it seems to be about double the fuel mileage, around 2 MPG. Seems to be around 1 MPG at 21 Kts.
1995 2700 scr 7.4L Bravo 2 21" pitch aluminum 3 blade quicksilver prop. If I remember right, to plane 3500-3600 rpm = 25-28 mph. 3800 RPM = 30 mph which feels nice and high on the water with no feeling of trying to fall off plane. 3950 RPM maxed = 33 mph. With 3950 being all I can get with the 21" I have a 19" pitch aluminum prop to try next year and see what that does. I assume my engine may be played out and/or under powered for the boat , fuel, water and gear I carry to only get max 3950 rpm. I usually have full fuel and water.

typically you gain 200 rpm for every inch decrease of pitch.
The 19" may help then. I think the engine is rated to run 4200 rpm to 4400 rpm full throttle. The diameter increases with the 19" though. 17 3/4" x 21" pitch vs 18 1/4 x 19" pitch.
