Pin holes in deck gel coat 3200 SCR MAXUM

I have noticed black small holes in deck on bow, thought it was mold but when scrubbing noticed black holes instead. Looks like gel coat wearing away. Also noticed dark mold look inside in header panel inside. What to do?

I have similar issue on my 3500 SCR. The diamond-shaped non-skid seems to have been chipping off. Looks like dirt/mold from 3 feet away. So far, I have not noticed any water intrusion issues. But I'm wondering if I can spray gelcoat over it.
