Photo Request - Stern bench, starboard side 2006 maxum 1900 sr3

Hello,
I gave up looking for a replacement seat cushion, so now I'd like to have one made.
I think I'm missing both the seat bottom and the back, maybe... and was wondering if anyone can help me out with some photos at the very least, ideally, dimensions would be fantastic!

I don't even know what it is suppose to look like after quite a bit of searching on google.. coming up with 1 single example of what I think it might look like.
