Patio Door Roller Replacement

Need help got this group. I have a 2000 4100 sedan bridge. The rollers need to be replaced. Local marine service company which Build, replaces boats windows and doors was a bit perplexed as to how to remove the door without removing the entire frame...a major job with significant expense. Advic/experience with this.

Hi Mav, i have the same boat and have been trying to figure out how to make it slide easier. i did use RV/Boat dry spray and it helped a bit.
