Default Parts and part reference

I've just bought a Maxum 2900SE and need to replace some missing parts. Does anyone know a way of finding out what the part number is and what it is called, and does anyone know where to get Maxum parts in Australia?

The parts I'm looking for are the stainless caps that join the long strips on the outside of the boat where they trun 90 degrees. They've been knocked off by some bad docking. I'm not even sure what these are called??

Hi Macowl, welcome to the site. Take a look at this thread. At the bottom is the updated link to the Maxum Customer Care site. Go to Parts Catalogue, then select your year, then model and so forth.

Here is a thread that also includes the Customer Service Number. IF you can't find a part number or need to cross reference a part number, they are very helpful. Note that some of the links in this thread have changed.

Thanks for the help guys. What a great resource for people in my position!

I have the parts catalog but I don't know what the name of the part would be. Does anyone know what these parts are called? (Refer to image)

they are most likely called rubrail endcaps.....but really the rub rail should be continuous...no end caps..
