I have had our 98 Maxum 3700 SCR for about a year. I need a new stove top but don't know size model to purchase? I also need the cutting board top for the outside wet bar. I have no idea where to find this stuff?

for the stove your best bet is to measure it and the opening once removed and just search for a marine unit that will drop in. Do you plan to stay with an electric/alcohol?
Regarding the cutting board you'll either have to make one yourself or have it made. boatoutfitters.com can do this if you provide the dimensions or a cardboard template.

Maxum used Origo for many of their electric and (dual) electric/alcohol stoves. My guess is the 3700 installed a 2-burner. Any half-decent woodworker can mill a cutting board for you.
