Default outdrive trim

My left outdrive only lifts up about one third of the way and then stops. The motor is new and it also stops, would this just be the stop sensor???

Is this happening when using the trim up switch? If so the trim limit switch needs adjustment, it's located on the side of the gimbal ring. Loosen the two screws and rotate it until proper trim up is achieved. Note it should only trim all the way up by using the trailer button.

Oh so next week.

It’s one of those round pucks on the side of the transom assembly.
