Default Nice Day For Boating in the PNW

Finally got some time to take the boat out and have dinner on the hook yesterday with the new anchor rode and dingy.
The windlass no longer slips now that I have the right chain and the new dinghy is easy to setup, launch and recover on the foredeck.

Beautiful. Your boat is very nice. We made our first trip out for the season today. I'm always a bundle of nerves the first time out but it all went very well. Our lake of choice is Pend d'Oreille. It was a gorgeous day although the water doesn't warm to a swim-able temperature until mid July or so.

I'm glad to see others are having a good first outing of the season. Sometimes I miss living in the pacific northwest, but then I remember the winters!
