My new ride is looking for an owners manual. I have motor and throttle control. Cheers in ontario!

Owners manuals tend to be rare finds. Probably because there's isn't much to them so they end up in the trash. My owners manual goes something like this...'This is a boat (picture of boat). You put it in the water. It has an engine that makes it go. Then end.' There is nothing specific to my model in the 'owners manual'. I got more info out of the 2 page dealer brochure.

Racer, you must have received the detailed manual because mine didn't have the "then you put it in the water" part!

All kidding aside, to the OP, congrats on the new ride. You could check the Maxum website, look under the "archived" model years to see if they have the not so useful Owners manual for your 1998. I found mine there. Welcome and good luck.
