Hi I have just purchased a 2003 2900se. Thought this might be a good place to discuss and discover what I got myself into.

We live on west coast of South Australia and looking forward to exploring our islands and area

Nice boat. There are a few folks from down under who are members but I have not seen any posts from them for awhile.

Does the boat have a single or twin engine?
Did you have it surveyed?

Has twins had a mechanic do a survey all good. Engines ok has one new engine drives just rebuilt

Congrats on your new purchase. I must say that I am jealous that you are able to explore different islands .I am inland and pretty much confined to three rivers which are about $15,000.00 in fuel away from open coastal waters. Enjoy your ventures while I sit on my fiberglass floatilla and dream of clear blue waters while staring at green rivers.
