New Maxum owner
Good morning. I picked up a '92 2300 Maxum Cabin Cruiser with the 4.3L LX yesterday. Naturally, there is no users manual for it - wondering if anyone knows where to find one? The boat runs out fine - no problems that I've noticed so far. This is my second cabin cruiser and I do like the way this one handles. The four blade prop makes up for the additional weight in planing off.
I need to get a handle on winterizing everything other than the motor/lower unit. I know there's a water tank, and I'm guessing a water tank as well as one for the head? (near the back starboard side near gas cap). If I remember right, I used to dump a bottle of chem treatment for breakdown of waste in there as well.
Anyway, tips are always welcome for those that have one or something similar. It'll be out on Flathead Lake most of this weekend.
