What is the HID# ? That should tell you. I believe the last 2 digits dictate the year.

They are located on the starboard side of the transom, and were mandatory in the US on boats manufactured after 1972.

Where are you located, generally speaking (e.g. country and state where the boat is going to be registered)? Have you looked into registering a power boat in your area and what the requirements are for title and Bill of Sale?

Thank You Found it looks to be a 1990. It has a mercrusier 3.0. I'd like to clean up the engine before I try to start it. I'll change the oil and plugs. Should I do something to the fuel system?
