Default Moulds future ?

As Maxum is alas no more - have they sold the Moulds (molds) off to anyone ?

Just wondered if we are likely to see re-birth of Maxum range under another brand.
Seen this happen with other makes.

I know one make of boat where a bunch of owners bought the moulds and had new hull made for them selves, eac fitted out they way they wanted them.

That's interesting. If you look at the US version of the Bayliner site they only offer one cuddy cabin model. If you look at the Europe version of the site they offer 4 or 5 cuddy models. I don't think they've ever offered their "A8" in the US.

hai 3964....

but the a7 and a8 (the offer these in holland) are not real cuddy's but morely walk around boats but at this moment bayliner here in the netherlands has special prices for the a7 and a8, and the former maxum models named as bayliner 702 and 802 are not availeble because their stock of older new boats starting with models off 2005 is to high.....click on this link for the dutch bayliner dealer.... you get just a few types off their big stock....also 245, 265, 285, 305 etc bleu hull, white hull several kind of years
