Default Mercury Bravo 3 bellow tool

Hello, I would like to make the tool to install the bellows ring of a Bravo 3. Does anyone have the dimensions of the tool?
Thank you!

I don’t.
I used the ring as a guide to cut a plywood circle that matched the shoulder of the ring.

Bit used to cut the circle.

Didn’t have to measure as I could just open the cutter to the diameter needed.

Thank you for the information but I am trying to find out the diameter of the tool in contact with the ring to be sure that the bellow is fully secure.

Understood. I was unable to find the dimensions when I looked around, so had to fall back on using the actual ring to determine the right diameter. Hopefully someone here will have the tool and could provide measurements.

Thank you for your time. If I can't find the dimension, I'll use your technique.
Thanks again.

IMO your concern of knowing the exact diameter of the tool is not necessary. The sleeve is smaller than the opening in the bellhousing so as long you do as jp said and make it the same diameter as the sleeves outer most diameter you’ll be fine. The only other feature the tool has is an inner ring that is the diameter of the sleeves opening which helps center the tool. You can cut these two out of a piece of plywood and stack them to achieve this.
