Mercruiser Service Bulletins

During my Test run last year I had some trouble docking the Boat(94 2400SCR, 5.7, Alpha):

1. It seemed like it would not go into Neutral.
2. I was having trouble getting the Throttle only to work.


I just found 2 Mercruiser Service Bulletins that I think my Quicksliver Commander 3000 apply to:

- Mercruiser Service Bulletin No. 96-13 (it was actually a Recall)

- Mercruiser Service Bulletin No. 99-6


Will Mercruiser still honor a 20 year old Service Bulletin (SB-96-13)?

I think it's extremely unlikely, Todd, but the only thing you have to lose is the price of the phone call.
