Default Maxum sr2400 rear cleat

How can we access the back bolts of the rear cleat of a Maxum sr 2400 1006. I'm talking about the one below the trunk to attach the cord of the nautical skier or tube riders. It became loose and can't seem to find a way to access.

Welcome aboard!

I think you are referring to the tow ring. These are installed before the upper deck is attached to the hull so access may not exist. In this case you will need to cut a access hole and install a access plate .
