Default maxum court of opinion

my marina installed new mainfolds and elbow on my boat. i paided for that along with new gaskets.

they re-installed my 6" risers that where bad and leaked sea water into my engine oil.

before they found out it was leaking, they replaced plugs, wires and where looking for other electronic parts before checking for leaks.

they charged me for this.

So, should i deducted the cost of the plugs, wire, oil, and oil filter and my time for cleaning up the mess?

my risers were bad, but they reinstalled them.

trying to decide if its worth making a big stink over.

I'd make a stink over it and see what they offer.....they screwed it up and should make you feel right about it...

I don't see why you should pay for Plugs, oil and oil filter to fix a problem they created. Wires are going to be tough since they don't come in contact with seawater. Labor is going to be tough as well. I would certainly be going after them for the actual cost out of pocket that you can show through receipts.
