Maxum Ac question.
1998 Maxum 2800 scr
Owned the boat 10 years now.
I asked about brand recommendation before but now that my original
marine airrrr is failing I’m hoping to get a bit more detail before making this expensive purchase. This unit is shor cycling and tripped my breaker. Maybe low on charge?
1. Current unit is 7,000 btu and struggles on hot sunny days but overnight it will freeze you out. Should I pump to a 9.000 or 10,000 unit? I don’t want to go through this and still be unhappy with the performance.
2. Anyone have a 2800 SCR with a replacement ac to offer a review or size suggestion?
3. Whst size water pump is needed for a 6,000 and 9,000 unit?
