Need help with what maintenance needs to be performed all over the boat plus engine that would be helpful and appreciated

Boat: wash and wax.

Engine: change oil and filter, change fuel filters, tune up, clean flame arrestor, replace exhaust manifolds and risers if saltwater boat.

Drive: replace gear lube and impeller, remove propeller and grease shaft, recondition/replace prop if necessary.
